Unfortunately, we cannot access any financial record that occurs outside of your Mecena account, and those transactions will not be represented in your bookkeeping exports.
It is strongly recommended to update and link all your payment methods on different platforms and sources of revenue to your new Mecena business account or card. This urgent step ensures that we can provide you with accurate bookkeeping from day one.
What happens if I have creator expenses before opening an account with Mecena?
It’s completely normal to incur expenses before opening an account with us, and our team of tax experts will ensure that everything is properly handled. Once you have opened your Mecena Account, as mentioned in the question above, we highly recommend managing all your creator income and expenses through your Mecena account.
